The hangar is a place for overcoming your own limits, where every training is closer to your goal, a space where the ego is forbidden and good energy is required.

Three types of training are held in the Hangar, which are based on improving the functionality of our body. The priority is to perform the movements correctly, and at the same time we work on improving all segments of physical preparation: strength, explosiveness, flexibility, balance, coordination and endurance. BOOTCAMPs are short, high-intensity workouts, focused on overcoming your own ailments. Exercises with your own weight, fitness and endurance are mostly done. The trainings are based on the principle of military condition, and the methods of circuit training, station training and interval training are applied. TARGET STRENGTH are workouts focused on a specific muscle group for the day.
