Bg yoga
Service types:
Description
Yoga is a timeless discipline, which originated at the very beginning of human civilization, and lasts and develops completely uninterruptedly until today.
What makes it constantly relevant is its essence, which is satisfying the basic human need to explore oneself by getting to know one's body and mind, as well as the need for constant development and overcoming one's own limitations.
In its basic translation from Sanskrit, yoga means "unity-being in unity".
Our natural state is a state of health, peace and universal knowledge. We are witnessing, on the other hand, that the times we live in today produce a great deal of stress, tension and anxiety, which is why sometimes these new traits seem to slowly take precedence and in a way become our second nature.
Yoga can “bring us home,” simple body exercises, breathing and relaxation exercises, remind us of our innate peace and balance, and help us empower and stabilize that experience.
Yoga is a part of the world cultural heritage, and in a way it belongs to the whole of humanity. Nowadays, many world traditions, religions, philosophical and scientific systems, together with yoga, are united in an effort to help the human being in these times of growing instability, tension, change and turbulence.
