In less than seven years, the Lulu bakery has come a long way from the romantic idea of a Belgrade couple to make a "different bakery", to today's mini- chain of 5 stores that are supplied from their own modern bakery production. Although young, Lulu bakery is already recognized in the Belgrade market as a bakery that sets new standards in the field of small bakery business, both in terms of diversity of assortment and quality of its products, and in terms of service. What is the secret of Lulu bakery? We think above all in the love of its owners for baking, dedication to the work they pass on to their employees, as well as in the constant effort to be even better, to find better recipes and the highest quality raw materials.
The assortment of Lulu bakery is very diverse, so everyone can be sure that they will find something to their liking. Traditionalists among you can enjoy salty and sweet pies, bureks, gibanica, proja and various puff pastries here. Croissants and brioches from France, American blueberry pie, cinnamon rolls, muffins and cookies, as part of the American baking tradition, and focaccia and ciabatta from Italy, are also found together every day in the windows of the Lulu bakery. For supporters of modern trends, there are pastries with special types of flour and healthy additives, such as e.g. chia seeds. They say "they are not a pastry shop", so they do not make classic cakes, but only light cakes and desserts, with as little sugar and fat as possible.
