The history of this real hairdressing family begins in 1945. in Belgrade with Šobota Bogdan, who went through the post-war period as a hairdresser. Ratko came to Belgrade at the age of 19 with his uncle, where he began his career through competitions, fashion shows and seminars. When he needed it most, he received great support from his godfather, also a hairdresser, Janko Stupovski. Ratko had the good fortune and honor to experience the peak of his career, numerous successes and awards in the time of the old Yugoslavia. The tradition of the elephant in Zmaj Jovina is continued by his son Zoran Šobota.
